I have since encountered several people with the most common nutritional dysfunctions, and, as a consequence, more research enriched my knowledge and allowed me to be able to guide my clients in the right direction.

I started training with Maria 5 months ago to get in shape as I’m fast approaching 40! With Maria’s training sessions my overall fitness and strength has improved so much. She given me confidence to attempt weights and push me to achieve more than I would ever try on my own.
She tailors each session to improve my targeted areas and I always leave the gym feeling motivated and positive. Not only have I improved my body shape but I also feel more relaxed and happy from lifting weights. I have learnt so much from Maria’s expert knowledge.

I started seeing Maria as I had got bored of group exercise classes and wanted to challenge myself a little more. The only problem with that is that I was clueless about what I should be doing, how i should be doing it and quite frankly the gym machines and weights intimated me!. My main aim was to improve my strength and muscle mass rather than just being fit from a cardio perspective
Maria worked with me to evaluate what I could already do and she she identified a good few areas of weakness to focus on improving during our sessions together, as well as through workouts she planned for me to do on my own in the gym. Before she let me loose so to speak on these solo sessions she always ensured that I was confident with the movements she was suggesting and that I was executing them with the correct form. Maria also has shown me a great insight into nutrition and how important it is to eat optimally for your goals, something that I was pretty uneducated with before.
As a result of training with Maria I now feel confident to work out with free weights and perform movements that I would have actively avoided before. My strength has increased and I've realized now that the kind of training that she has introduced me to is a lifestyle for me now. Its something that I can use to constantly work towards improving myself and its great to be able to lift heavier and with confidence.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Maria for all she has done to help me so far! I am so near my goal and so much happier with the way I look and feel.
I have been doing with her now for about 15 sessions and in that time I have had to buy 2 new belts, lots of new clothes and
received comments from the family.

I cannot thank and recommend enough my personal trainer Maria! When I started train with her I did not have much knowledge about working out and generally about the gym. I was making same mistake like probably lots of people do (specially women), which is cardio, cardio and more cardio. I was thinking that lifting weight is only for men and that it will make me "bigger" and "bulky". Luckily, one day I met Maria at the gym, and honestly that day changed my life. Working out with her help me achieved things I would never think of. She has a huge knowledge not only about training but also about nutritions and correcting the posture of body. Thanks to her, gym became my healthy addiction and my body started changing (so no more excuses that I can't change me figure because of the genes!). I have never met more dedicated person, which motivates me everyday to work harder and become a better version of myself.

whilst trying to sum up the courage to get back to working out to lose my baby weight plus more on top!
Maria suggested some PT sessions with her and I’m so pleased I did!
I’ve so far lost 1 Stone 4lbs and will be aiming for another 14lbs at least.

Last year I turned 50.
I decided that I wanted to make changes.
I've exercised and dieted on and off all my life but never stuck with anything.
I also have half a thyroid which makes losing weight even harder.
My goal was to get fitter, lose dress sizes and weight in general.
Last August I met Maria. Fast track 15 months on ..I'm fitter, stronger and on a life changing process.
It's been tough......there have been tears, sweat but fortunately no blood! We've laughed, I've moaned and be warned - she doesn't know how to count "20 more" really means "30 more". But there is no doubt that my successes are her successes.

It was September when I realised that I had hit my heaviest weight again after being in denial for at least 3 yrs. I weighed in at a whopping 14.3 llbs . The weight gain was attributed to a combination of factors mainly taking my eye of the ball and giving up exercise and myself due to a foot injury. I started at the gym and lost some weight but found that I had got in an exercise rut doing the same cardio each time. Starting the process of personal training was challenging, however I soon gained confidence with Maria’s help. The rewards of working out have continued to inspire and motivate. Seeing my shape change and feeling strong. For me it has been both a physical and emotional journey making the decision to not only invest in my health but trust someone to take me through the process to be accountable and real with.
